Cancellation Policy
At Cattaleya Essence, we understand that life can be unpredictable. However, as a small business, last-minute cancellations can significantly impact our ability to serve other clients. We kindly ask that you give at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. 🌸 Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice: A 50% charge will be applied for the scheduled service. 🌸No-show appointments: The full service fee will be charged. 🌸Late arrivals: If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to shorten your session to avoid disrupting subsequent appointments, and the full service fee will still apply.
