By booking or receiving services at Cattaleya Essence, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms are designed to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all our clients.

 Booking and Appointments

  • Reservations: Appointments can be made online, by phone, or in person.

  • Confirmation: All appointments must be confirmed via email or text.

  • Late Arrival: We recommend arriving at least 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment. Late arrivals may result in a reduced session time.

  • Cancellation: We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows will incur a fee of 50% of the treatment cost.

Payment

  • Accepted Payments: We accept cash, credit cards, and digital payments (e.g. Bank Transfer ).

  • Deposits: A deposit may be required to secure your booking for certain services or packages.

  • Pricing: All prices are subject to change. Clients will be informed of any price changes before their appointment.

 

Health and Safety

  • Client Responsibility: It is important that you inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or injuries before your treatment. This includes pregnancy, skin conditions, and recent surgeries.

  • Right to Refuse Service: We reserve the right to refuse service if we feel it may harm your health or if you are under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Gift Cards

  • Validity: Gift cards are valid for one year from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated.

  • Non-refundable: Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash.

Privacy Policy

  • Confidentiality: All client information is kept confidential and used solely for the purpose of delivering services and improving your experience.

  • Data Protection: We comply with all relevant data protection laws to ensure your personal information is secure.

Liability

  • Disclaimer: Cattaleya Essence is not responsible for any adverse reactions caused by medical conditions not disclosed prior to your treatment.

  • Limit of Liability: While we take every precaution to provide a safe and relaxing experience, we are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage resulting from the use of our services.

Conduct and Etiquette

  • Respectful Behavior: We ask that all clients respect our staff and other clients. Any inappropriate behavior will result in termination of service without refund.

  • Mobile Devices: To maintain a peaceful environment, please silence your mobile devices during your visit.

Modifications to Terms
Cattaleya Essence reserves the right to amend or update these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes.

Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Jamaica. Any disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of Jamaica in the city of Montego Bay.
